On February 23, 2023-Global Communication Center (GCC) attended a 4 days long event organized by BASIS SoftExpo, the largest private-sector exposition aimed at showcasing IT and ITES products and services in Bangladesh. The Largest Regional Technology Congress 17th BASIS SoftExpo was held on 23-26 February 2023. It focused on creating more collaborative relationships at the national and international levels, inviting trade delegations from various countries to experience the immense potential of the Bangladeshi ICT industry. As the country has taken a great leap in Digital Wave, this time SoftExpo will be bigger and better than ever before. The event this year was a congregation of ICT companies, personalities, professionals, key policymakers, industry leaders, and other ICT stakeholders.

At this event, GCC team showed an innovative telemedicine service model called Portable Health Clinic (PHC). From the very beginning of the event, GCC experienced a surging interest from numerous visitors with various backgrounds, not only limited by health professionals but also NGOs, researchers, local administrators, businessmen, and academicians. The visitors asked different questions to know about PHC and expressed their interest in replicating it in their areas of operations, BASIS SoftExpo authority also visited several times to the GCC stall and gathered information on which areas the service model is in operation provided by our expert team.

At the end of the event, GCC team experienced a great deal of success and hopes to expand Portable Health Clinic (PHC) project successfully in collaboration with potential partners in the future.
